SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION :

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your Tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

ORDER TRACKING

When we will start your transfer, you will get a tracking number with your order
with which you can learn about your order position until you get your order
hands.

Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

PARCELLS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and
dispatch the rest of the order.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED :

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email support@enticegravity.com we’ll try our best.
Sometimes tracking information won’t be available. These technical issues are that the tracking information isn’t updated on the app. In such cases, if still unable to locate your item, contact us at support@enticegravity.com we’ll assist you.

HAVE ANY RESTOCKING FEES?

No, we don’t have any restocking FEE.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.
